HI there
During my expierience I met 3 systems of casino management.

English (outside UA, there I`m living) - very nice, everybody are not thinkin "what 2 do". The casino is working like an engine.Everybody happy coz everybody knows what 2 do in any situation.

Russian (no comment).Somewhere based on the"fortune factor"

Jewish (BLOODY TERRIBE! SAVE EVERY MONTH ON A TOILET PAPER!)

Ukrainian. The most "magic" system. Actually, in the most of casino "system" is not acceptable.

And the biggest PLUS (my private opinion) is 1 thing which is doing the difference. Only 1 thing. During all the time I worked with the foreign management I seen:
1. Loyality to newbees
2. Some wish to help
3. If u did something wrong - u have a help or a sign for this.Immidiately.
All of theese points are directed to help the casino, to pick up the level to high.

Here I seen: if u r doing something wrong - nobody help u, everybody (including "friends" ) are waiting for your mistake.
I think this is the main difference. I would like to see your opinion about this

Evrthng U posting - I know exactly what U mean, And already having experience in different casino environments, would like to tell U - don't care about anybody U work with. U're alone in that country, and nobody help U or bring U some maroccesh hash. Just be polite and, of course, realy professional (I think so...).

u described the same system I worked outside. If u understand, I mean MENTALITY of our people. As for professional - a lot of GMs and managers here r not giving a flyin F***K about a job. Just to lick the ass of shareholders:( That`s why I prefare t work outside CIS

10-20 years.....I`m not sure. may be a lot more. But for the moment a lot of our idiots are thinking whey are the best. heh...I nad seen 2 much managers from around the world. If u r so good, why u r not workin for the bigger salary somethere in Vegas as an manager ? I will answer. Bacause nobody need your fuckin ass there. because ur management and possibilities r on "0" level. or less then "0". So, it should be good to shut up the bloody mouth of our "good" managers. go to ur bloody casino and train dealers to drop the ball in a correct number or to do a spiritual dances around the poker for a good result. I`m bloody laughing. Really.
I don`t know when theese idiots will learn MATHEMATICS
