Initiative.  Excellent intercommunication and negotiation skills.  Team player. Experience Initiating, management and strategic development of all the different gambling businesses in markets of Eastern Europe. This includes management of casino, lottery, poker, Live Games, sports betting for online and land based/offline channels. Fields of responsibility:  Key member of the executive management of the group.  Working closely with large suppliers like  Establish, build, lead and manage the eGaming division of the group (70+ employees).  Full responsibility and overall management of casino, lottery, poker, Live Games, sports betting and VLT divisions in terms of: P&L, business development, marketing, affiliate system, etc.  Responsible for the various aspects of strategic business development, P&L analysis, strategic clients' relationship management, lead generation, establishment of strategic partnerships and finalizing/closing of complex deals.  Manage, direct, lead and implement various innovative eGaming products and solutions such as: casino, lottery, poker, Live Games, sports betting for online and land based/offline channels in Europe  Establish an offshore subsidiary company. Define, build and implement the company offshore capabilities, processes, policy and methodology. Overall ongoing management of this company as a business unit and P&L center.  Overall responsibility for the definition and implementation of the technology strategy of the company. Manage, guide and direct of the technology teams.  Management of the financial aspects of new projects, including leasing with international funds and banks in Western and Eastern Europe and private investors.  Working closely with Affiliates Manager and Marketing Managers across multiple gaming brands to ensure implementation of marketing strategy across the affiliate's channel.  Maintaining a rolling marketing calendar of activities and deliver a monthly review of results and forecast of activities. CURRICULUM VITAE The position includes often traveling overseas and leasing with senior governmental and financial authorities all over the world.
